Junior Group Golf at Commons Park

Attendance Submission

There is enough room to enter multiple names of golfers in the space, no need to submit one form per golfer.

Class Guidelines *

I read and agree to the class guidelines that were sent to me by email and the terms included in the waiver. I agree to pay the class fee if I cancel 90 minutes prior to the start of class. I also understand that if class is cut short due to weather after 20 minutes has elapsed no credits will be offered.
