So you have to stay at home but you don't want your golf game to suffer,
focus on your tempo.
The drill illustrated in the video below encourages you to feel the head of the club.
This is important because it is the club head that makes contact with the ball.
If you are able to feel the club head during the swing you are less likely to become aggressive and swing at the ball. When you swing at the ball you use your body rather than the natural rhythm of the club head.
Remember you will hit the ball farther with less force. Stay relaxed. Nice and easy.
